This page covers cloversearchgroup.com: what the site collects, how Clover Search Group uses it, and how to reach us about it.
What we collect
- What you give us. The details you enter in a form or booking, or share by phone or email, such as your name, email, phone number, company, job title, LinkedIn address and résumé.
- What the site collects when you visit. Pages viewed, the site you came from, approximate location, device and browser type, and IP address, gathered with cookies and similar tools. This includes Google Analytics and a service that tells us which company a visitor is browsing from. It identifies companies, not individual visitors.
How we use it
To answer you and send what you asked for, to run searches for employers and represent candidates, to improve the site, and to contact businesses about their hiring.
Who we share it with
Service providers that host this site and run our software, employers when a candidate has agreed to be introduced, and anyone the law requires. We do not sell personal information. Our analytics and visitor-identification providers may collect information about your visits over time and across other websites.
None of this covers text messaging. SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates, and mobile numbers collected for text messaging are not sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messages
If you opt in to text messages, we use your mobile number to text you about your search: job opportunities, interview scheduling and reminders, updates, and replies to messages you send us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. The full terms are in our SMS Terms & Conditions.
Your choices
- Visitor identification. Switch it off in this browser with the button below. It also stays off for any browser that sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal.
- Google Analytics. Google Analytics does not respond to those signals. Google offers a browser add-on that turns it off, and explains how it uses this information.
- Your information. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, write to recruiting@cloversearchgroup.com or call (209) 400-9640.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new effective date.
