Brooklyn co-owns Clover Search Group with a background in real estate and winemaking — two industries built on patience, relationships, and knowing the difference between good and exceptional. She brings that same standard to every search the firm takes on.
An active real estate agent in Lodi, she runs the business from the community it serves.

Aidan spent eight years at two of the largest staffing firms in the United States, including years running national accounts, before joining Clover to build the search practice. He has placed IT, operations, construction and finance professionals — individual contributors and leaders — always the same way: understand the client’s world, find the people who aren’t on job boards, and make placements that last.
A former collegiate baseball pitcher, he brings the same discipline to every search.

Lodi sits at the crossroads of everything we work in — Highway 99 running north to Sacramento, the Delta at our back door, and San Joaquin County’s ag and industrial base all around us. It’s a small enough town that reputation still means something, and a central enough spot that a client in Stockton, Sacramento, or the Bay Area is never more than a short drive from their recruiters.
We could have set up shop somewhere with a bigger name on the letterhead. We didn’t, because the Valley is where we actually live — where we know the difference between a Modesto ag operation and a Sacramento agency without having to Google it, and where a handshake still closes more deals than a deck does.
That’s the whole pitch, really: we’re not a national firm with a regional office. We’re the regional recruiters, full stop.
