Six practice areas, one standard. We don’t specialize in one industry — we specialize in understanding what a great hire looks like, then finding the person the job boards never surface.

Technology & IT recruiters CIOs, IT directors, infrastructure leads, project managers, and technical specialists across enterprise, government, and mid-market environments. Construction & Infrastructure recruiters Project executives, superintendents, estimators, and operations directors — from commercial GC to specialty trades. Government Affairs recruiters Senior staffers, legislative directors, lobbyists, and policy advisors navigating California’s landscape. Operations / Ag & Industrial recruiters GMs, COOs, plant managers, and operations directors across the Valley’s most demanding sectors. Sales & Business Development recruiters Revenue leaders, regional directors, national account managers, and BD executives who build pipelines and close business. Finance & Administration recruiters CFOs, controllers, HR directors, and office leaders who bring structure to organizations that have outpaced their systems.

Small to mid-sized companies. The kind that can’t afford a bad hire and won’t settle for a national firm that doesn’t know their market — they want recruiters who live here.

Call it what you like — recruiters, headhunters, an executive search firm, an employment agency. Clover Search Group does one thing: direct hire search for employers across the Central Valley, Sacramento and the Bay Area, with every placement guaranteed for 90 days.

Same road, every time. Four stops between the first call and a signed offer — no black box, no surprises.

Paper-cut illustration of the four stages of a search as a drive down one winding road: Central Valley farmland at Exit 1 — Intake, orchards and agri-industry at Exit 2 — Sourcing, the Sacramento skyline and Tower Bridge at Exit 3 — Shortlist, and rolling hills, water and a distant suspension bridge at Exit 4 — Placement

  1. Intake

We take on a handful of searches at a time — and we come to you before we start.

    • We run a handful of very intentional searches at a time. You’re not one of forty on a list.
    • Every search starts with a visit to your site — how the place works, who fits it, and how we’ll sell it to someone who isn’t looking.
    • Recruiting starts when the engagement letter is signed. Not before.

  2. Sourcing the valley

Owner-led outreach across the corridors — not job-board scraping.

    • Phone first. Inboxes are noise — a call gets answered, and it gets a real conversation.
    • We work the corridors directly instead of waiting on applicants.
    • The people worth hiring usually aren’t looking. They still pick up.

  3. The shortlist

A handful of vetted, genuinely interested candidates — days, not weeks.

    • Multi-step screening: a phone screen, then a video or in-person interview.
    • Reference checks run by Aidan personally — not outsourced, not skipped.
    • You see people who are genuinely interested, not a stack of résumés.

  4. The placement

We stay in it through the offer, the move, and the first 90 days.

    • For out-of-area candidates we help with the relocation — a good hire shouldn’t fall through over logistics.
    • Every hire is guaranteed for 90 days.
    • We check in with both sides after the start date — candidate and client — to make sure it’s actually working.

Brooklyn co-owns Clover Search Group with a background in real estate and winemaking — two industries built on patience, relationships, and knowing the difference between good and exceptional.

An active real estate agent in Lodi, she runs the business from the community it serves.

Aidan spent eight years at two of the largest staffing firms in the United States, including years running national accounts, before joining Clover to build the search practice — understand the client’s world, find the people who aren’t on job boards, and make placements that last.

A former collegiate baseball pitcher, he brings the same discipline to every search.

No cost to you, ever. We work with experienced professionals across the Central Valley, Sacramento, and the Bay Area — people who aren’t necessarily looking, but would consider the right move. The conversation is always confidential.
